However, we would like to inform and emphasize that the valid and binding version is available on the website in Polish. Below is a summary in English for your reference and awareness. General statements In this privacy policy, we describe what kind of Personal Data of Users and Collaborators of HugeTECH Sp. z o. o. we may collect in connection with the use of our newsletter, websites and related services such as Internet portals, services of information and computer technologies, activities supporting financial services, public relations, business and management consultancy, and also, how we may use such data. Below, we call these collectively “Services”. By using our Services, you agree to the processing of your data in accordance with this privacy policy. Your continued use of our Services even after the update to a new version is deemed as your acceptance of the modified terms.

What data do we collect and why?
We may collect personal data that identifies you if you submit it to us (for example, if you sign up for our newsletter, for a competition in terms of Incubation application process, phoned us personally, or send us an e-mail/message query regarding the Services). We may use this data to provide our Services to you, improve our Services and contact you directly. Based on this data we may create statistics, provide better services to our customers as well as analyse and further develop our Services. We treat this information as non-personal data.
Assumptions
We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, do contact us so we can remove such data. We do that in terms of notification of results or the need to inform the masses. Moreover, the personal data of Collaborators are processed for the purpose of concluding and performing contracts.
The user always has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (GIODO/PUODO).
If processing is based on consent, the User has the right to withdraw or deny it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Administrator; State authorities for the purposes of proceedings conducted by them, if these authorities are authorized to do so under separate provisions (e.g. prosecutor's office, court, Police, Ombudsman, PARP) and in other situations when we are obliged to do so by mandatory provisions of law; Employees of the administrator and persons or entities providing services to him (e.g. programmers, IT specialists, security administrators, entity administering and maintaining the system, financial advisors, training providers) – to the extent specified by the Administrator.
